The initiative proposes a small hunting reserve in an area of 2,600 hectares, owned by the Dominican State, whose land is located in Loma Cuesta Blanca in the province of Pedernales. This project includes lodging, restaurants, camping, spa and other tourist activities of tourist-sports modality.

LOCATION
This iniciative aims to create a niche market for a different tourist profile than the traditional one, in order to diversify the country's tourism offering and thus contribute positively to national finances.
The territory on which we propose the installation of the Loma Blanca small game hunting reserve with lodging is located within parcel number 40, of D.C. number 3, Enriquillo-Barahona, in the province of Pedernales, and is uninhabited. However, it is less than 0.5% occupied, despite it is state ownership.
