Synergies is conceptualized by a group of investors from the USA, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.
2006
Synergies officially opens its doors with twenty employees at PUCMM-TEP.
2007
Opens in Plaza Jorge II, adding one hundred seats and offering membership/Content Mediation Services.
2008
Phase 1 of Synergies’ expansion adds an additional 162 positions.
2009
Adds Real Estate Solutions, Warranty/Claims, and Scheduling Services (203 positions).
2010
Adds IT Services: QA Testing and Software Development.
2012
Adds Technical Support, Identity Management, Relocation Services, and translating services.
2014
Opens second facility in La Romana near Casa de Campo with 220 seats.
2015
Adds Mobile Tech Support, Automation Support, and Financial Auditing Services.
2016
Adds Regulatory Compliance Services (65 seats), network approval management, and Medicare direct contracting for healthcare organizations.
2017
Synergies reaches a total capacity of eight hundred positions per shift (24/7).
2018
Adds Information Security Full Automation Support, Financial information, Analytical and Marketing Analysis services.
2019
Adds Customer and Billing Support for Dental, Physical Therapy, and Healthcare industries.
2020
Amid the Covid Pandemic, seamlessly transitions from on-site to work-from-home (WFH) in just 24 hours on a Saturday, ensuring uninterrupted services to our clients.
2020
Introduces new specialized services: Appointment settings, order taking, escrow assistant support, business architecture, business analysis, and product research.
2021
Expands IT services with positions such as Cyber defense security engineer, business intelligence engineer, operations support engineer, senior system engineer, senior business system analyst, software reliability engineer.

Synergies Strategic Services is a premier provider of a wide range of services, from customer care to business process outsourcing. Synergies Strategic Services was founded in 2006.

Synergies First is a leading BPO provider specializing in mortgage and title services for clients in the United States. Established in 2008 in association with a Fortune 400 company.

The Synergies Cares Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in the communities where we operate. It is sponsored by Synergies Corp., our clients, and associates.

Synergies X is the evolution of Synergies into a resolute technological solution provider, offering a wide range of IT services.

The Synergies Learning Center (SLC) is a teaching center dedicated to providing technical and personal development programs for our employees, as well as external individuals.

Synergies Plus specializes in marketing and social media. Our Synergies Digital Marketing Services Division generates marketing campaigns for all companies within Synergies Corp and their respective clients.
