The Synergies Cares Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in the communities where we operate.
Sponsored by Synergies Corp., our clients, and associates, the foundation was originally established with a focus on education and has since expanded to encompass a wide range of social responsibility initiatives.
Our primary initiative involves sponsoring Ciudad Santa María (CISAMA), a public bilingual school in Santiago de Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Through this program, our goal is to provide students with a comprehensive education that prepares them for future challenges. We also provide volunteer teachers who teach computer classes and conduct career talks for CISAMA’s students. Additionally, we offer robotics classes to children at our Synergies Learning Center facilities.
In addition to our collaboration with CISAMA, we have undertaken several social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community. These initiatives include donating sports equipment to softball and basketball teams, providing games to children at the Children’s Hospital, donating food to the San Vicente de Paul Hospice, and participating in plastic and waste collection efforts to promote environmental sustainability.
Furthermore, we actively engage in community service activities, such as painting houses in the La Otra Banda community and refurbishing the school and daycare center in the same area. We have also donated school supplies to the Bateyes in Romana and to the children of our employees.
In the past, we hosted El Corazon de la Navidad, a Christmas light event that brought joy and cheer to the local community of Santiago de Los Caballeros.

Ciudad Santa Maria
Ciudad Santa María is our flagship Corporate Social Responsibility program, located in La Otra Banda, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Our goal is to establish a model public and bilingual school that offers top-quality education, prioritizes the happiness and development of our students, and prepares them for the challenges of the future.
At Ciudad Santa María, we strive to create an environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential. Our programs in STEM, art, and technical skills provide our students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for the world beyond the classroom.
Governed by the Archbishop of Santiago, Ciudad Santa María receives crucial support from Synergies Corp. through the Synergies Cares Foundation. Through our commitment to social responsibility, we aim to make a positive impact on the communities where we operate.
